We believe that being a responsible corporate citizen extends beyond our operations to the communities where we operate. We are committed to being a responsible and engaged community member and we are working to build a positive presence in the communities we serve.

BE-Soci-AL

Our employees contribute time and money to support a number of charitable causes. Our employee-led BE-Soci-AL program coordinates our social and charitable activities, encouraging employees to volunteer in the activities they select or to donate money or goods.

AL-Fit

In addition, a number of our employees set up an initiative known internally as the ‘AL-Fit Team’, that organises activities and actions to stimulate all employees to live a healthier lifestyle.

Community Engagement

Our plant is located near a residential area and as such, we believe it is our civil responsibility to contribute to the wellbeing and prosperity of the local communities that our employees and neighbours call home. We take precautions to ensure our facilities function safely and minimise impact on our neighbours and the environment.
