Cables can only work properly if the wire cores are sufficiently insulated by several protective layers. Precision-slit aluminium tapes developed by Aluminium Duffel are used by leading cable manufacturers and have an excellent proven track record.

If you’re looking for a brushed stainless-steel look with the benefits of aluminium for your interior architecture or decorative designs, Aluminium Duffel has the ideal solution. Decolite® brush is our dedicated brand for these applications and is made from light, strong and durable alloys. This premium anodising quality aluminium is available in coils and sheets. Typical applications include interior decoration, name plates and signs, door and cabinet panels, automotive trims, side panels of escalators and elevators.
The material combines a smooth brushed surface aspect with excellent bending and deformation properties. The brushed finish reduces fingerprint sensitivity and is easy to clean with non-abrasive household cleaners. It can be delivered with a removable plastic film to prevent defects during further processing.

FORMLITE®
FORMLITE® aluminium is especially suited for deep drawing and stamping of mass-produced objects or small series of parts in the automotive, packaging and medical industries. These applications generally require narrow and deep shapes. Maximum downstream processing speeds of complex objects can now be achieved thanks to the highly consistent mechanical properties of FORMLITE® aluminium.
Decolite®
Decolite® aluminium alloy combines a premium anodising quality aluminium with a uniform brush surface that creates an attractive stainless-steel look and feel. Typical applications include interior decoration, name plates and signs, door and cabinet panels, automotive trims, side panels of escalators and elevators. This material is also available in a brush quality that can be lacquered.
BENDLITE®
BENDLITE® aluminium alloy offers excellent bending properties with short radii for use in all kinds of cabinets and cases. BENDLITE® aluminium has excellent formability and allows bending up to 180° in all directions. Optimal flatness and highly consistent material properties guarantee reproducibility in your production process. BENDLITE® alloy also allows significant cost savings thanks to maximum material downgauging while maintaining strength.
